I have had two parallel paths in business. One path as a member of a second-generation family business owner holding dozens of positions up to and including 8 years at CEO. The other path is that of an entrepreneur pursuing amazing ideas, building businesses and taking risks to follow a vision that would lead to a new and valuable thing. Each path has resulted in tremendous success and outrageous failures.
Upon reflection, I see that the common denominator for increasing the chances of success is ‘accountablity’. This will be a big part of our work together. My path from childhood to adulthood contained both triumphs and challenges.
Innate personality and default responses were clearly shaped by those experiences. I am blessed with the ability to self-reflect and draw upon the wild stories of my past to share helpful lessons and poignant reflections.
My back story is all about relatable imperfection. I am willing to share and I have paid the price. By falling incredibly hard both personally and professionally and working on myself through the tough times that followed, I have personal insight on how to manage the process. Having been there helps me empathize with your issues. Rising above it gives me experience to advise. Codifying it presents the tools to get this done and
transforms it from my stories to your action items. I look forward to having a conversation about you.
